Bellswayer

The bellswayer is a celestial creature that makes its home in the Argent Mountains. Its bearing is proud, and it carries bells whose chiming carries a distinct beauty. That sound does more than decorate the air. Other sprites are drawn toward a bellswayer when its bells ring, moved both by inspiration and by something closer to compulsion, gathering to attend the creature. For all its dignity, a bellswayer is easily startled. The lapse never lasts long. Once the moment passes, the creature settles back into the regal, composed bearing it held before.
